The GH was not originally conceived to provide continuous movement.   It was originally conceived to ONLY turn an electric generator using helium and gravity. It was late in the design process that the design was modified to attempt continuous movement.   

The GH has not been proven.   It will be known whether it is feasible, when a completed prototype is built sometime in 2024. 

A Provisional Patent has been  awarded.  A Non-provisional patent is being processed.
